    • Recorded video: no alternative is provided for tempodependent media or an audio track that presents information equivalent to the recorded video content.
    • Audio description or alternative (recorded) media: no alternative for tempodependent media or audio description is provided for recorded video content.
    • Audio description (recorded): Audio description is not provided for all recorded video content.
    • Contrast (minimum): the visual display of text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
    • Pause, pause, stop, hide: for information that has movement, flickers, updates or starts automatically, lasts longer than five seconds and is presented in parallel with other content, there is no mechanism for the user to pause, stop or hide it.
    • Threshold of three flashes or less: there is an element that flashes more than three times in one second or the flash is below the general flash and red flash threshold.
    • Pointer cancellation: for functionality that can be operated with a single pointer, the pointer down event is used to execute a part of the function, the completion of the function is not in the up event or there is a mechanism available to abort or undo the function, the up event does not reverse any result of the previous down event or it is not essential to complete the function in the down event.
    • Suggestions for errors (legal, financial, data): for web pages that represent legal commitments or financial transactions for the user, that modify or delete user-controllable data in data storage systems or that submit user responses to a test, the submission is not reversible or no mechanism is provided to review, confirm or correct the information before finalising the data submission.
    • Effective communication: ICT support services are not adapted to the communication needs of persons with disabilities.
    • Accessible documentation: Documentation provided by support services is not provided in a format fully compliant with accessibility requirements.
  • Disproportionate burden: not applicable.
  • The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation: not applicable.
